IPCalc (Win32 console app)

Written in response to a post on Reboot Pro - November 2011.

IPCalc can extract various local IP addresses from specified adapters or handle given ones in a wide range of formats. It can then either translate into other formats (such as hex, big-endian, dotted/non-dotted quad, signed/unsigned long integer etc.) and can also perform rudimentary arithmetic on the address - such as and, or, not, add, subtract. Up to 100 math operations may be performed in a single call. IPCalc was intended for use with batch files which grab and manipulate IP addresses in environment variables.
