Now is there a "easy" way to upgrade the install??? Like with added AHCI drivers or anything?

Also is there a way to make the boot.ini on the system not have the option for USB recovery console?
I changed the option in the scripts (Option R) to NO and it still applied the USB recovery on the client system on boot. I can manually change the BOOT.ini but if there is a easier way..

Just launch WPI.hta manually After XP setup has completed.
Just edit boot.ini to remove USB-Repair Boot Option if you wish.

I have used Total Commander For Update of Existing USB-Drive with Updated XP Source. No answers yet..
Total Commander Synchronize Dirs in Asymmetric mode is very useful and
is described in Help_TotalCom.txt file in Help_Info folder.
I don't know if that is what you mean ?

"This is not a valid partition to install xp to, please press enter to go back and pick a valid partition"
Now this was a NTFS volume at 75GB. I booted from a .iso i made from the same source as my drive and it found it normal and worked normal.. I am not sure if anyone has seen this before or not..

Most probably you tried to Install XP on a Logical Drive of the Extended Partition."This is not a valid partition to install xp to, please press enter to go back and pick a valid partition"
You can only Install XP on a Active Primary Partition.
Have a look first with XP Disk Manager (R-mouse on My Computer) and look at the Partition Properties.
You can also launch XP Disk Manager by Start > Run > diskmgmt.msc

Pardon me, but you seem to be lacking the "basic" knowledge about type of partitions, you may want to read this:
http://www.ranish.com/part/primer.htm
first thing.

You can only Install XP on a Active Primary Partition.
Just to add that I can boot XP from logical partition using grub4dos, and I got C: as system drive without any problem.
The logical partition has been restored from Acronis True Image that has an option to set the restored partition as logical or primary or primary active one, regardless the partition type of the original (backuped) partition.

Can you give a ScreenShot of the Partitioning of your harddisk as Viewed in Disk Manager.
What is the Drive Letter of the for Install of XP Selected Partition as Shown in the Partition List in TXT Mode Setup
for both cases of Install of XP ?
And what was the Drive Letter of the USB-stick in TXT Mode Setup Partition List ?

- Boot as normal with XP
- Launch XP Disk Manager by Start > Run > diskmgmt.msc
- Enlarge Disk Manager Window sufficiently and Press [Alt][Print Scrn]
- Start > All Programs > Desk Accessories > Paint
- Paste your image in Paint and Save As FileType .jpg
For the Partition List in TXT Mode Setup you can use a Digital Camera if available.
Alternatively you can also try to use USB_XP_Setup.cmd which is in my opinion a better approach,
is less sensitive to Errors and corresponds very well to Install of XP from CD.

If your XP Setup Source CD does NOT contain such $OEM$ Folder,
then the in USB_MultiBoot_10 folder supplied $OEM$_UserXP Folder will be used,
unless you specify to Use All Setup Parameters from XPSOURCE (case of nLite),
and in that case $OEM$ path is SET to USB_MultiBoot_10\$OEM$_X folder (which is Empty).
So have first a look at what folders are present or absent in USB_MultiBoot_10

I am using WPI running direct from usb flash,I know you can use WPI to install apps.. Can you use runonce, via cmdlines.txt loading from usb flash?
so that is OK, but I launch WPI manually after XP Setup has completed and missing Drivers are Installed.
