All in 1 - Mission Impossible USB thumb drive

Due to many demands from friends, colleagues, forums everywhere, this tutorial will be for making a “Mission Impossible” USB, I called this project “USB - IMPOSSIBLE” and I suppose it will be suitable and more than enough probably for more than 90% of (starter/medium/advanced) everyday computer users, as well as IT pros and IT security pros, where they can use in their daily routine, practicing all types of computer diagnose/repair/security, etc...
I figured making this “USB- Impossible” with the most important software needed(the way I assume it’s enough) but of course suggestions from readers, friends, and colleagues to add more items to this project are always more than welcome if they feel the need to add more.
This USB Impossible Tutorial will be of 4 parts,where part one is for making a bootable USB that includes (BackTrack 3 & 4 final,Live Hacking CD 1.1,Ophcrack XP&Vista--mixed in 1--,Ultimate Boot CD 5.0.2,Hiren;s Boot CD 10.5,Linux Mint 9 Isodora,Ubuntu 10.4 netbook edition&rescue remix,YLMF 3.0,dban 2.2.6,parted magic 4.10,partition wizard 5.0,Macrium reflet rescue cd 4.2.2525,AVG 9 rescue cd,BitDefender 2010 rescue cd,konboot 1.1) and part2 is for portable applications, and part 3 will be of using virtual desktops, simulating Windows OS, using software like Mojopack and Prayaya, while the last part will be about Installing and using your very own Windows XP, Vista, and 7 on USB and using it as portable OS from "portable Virtual Box".you can download the Tutorial PDF file from here:

I have already been using the USB edition of windows XP, but it got corrupted now it doesn't boot, I got it about 2 years before, but i did had any backup and finally lost the working copy of USB edition Windows XP. But now i am very much interested in creating the USB Edition of Windows 7. I have got some collection of portable software which I want to integrate with the Windows 7 OS.

My menu.lst:
title BitDefender Rescue CD 2010 find --set-root /BitDefenderRescueCD_v2.0.0_5_10_2010.iso map /BitDefenderRescueCD_v2.0.0_5_10_2010.iso (hd32) map --hook root (hd32) chainloader (hd32)
Upon boot, I got the classic KNOPPIX filesystem not found!

Thank you for your answer. But this means that I have to copy BOTH the iso and most of its content to the USB key. This is a waste of diskspace that I always want to avoid. But the real problem is that my USB key is multi-boot capable, as I put also Damn Small Linux and KNOPPIX.
If there are other Knoppix-like distributions using built-in KNOPPIX directory as name on the same USB key, your method of booting iso would not work.
My workaround:
I create DSL and KNOPPIX directories to store their real KNOPPIX one,
using the knoppix_dir keyword in kernel statement in menu.lst.
BOOT_IMAGE=knoppix knoppix_dir=DSL
BOOT_IMAGE=knoppix knoppix_dir=KNOPPIX6
So maybe I have to try:
BOOT_IMAGE=knoppix knoppix_dir=KNOPPIXBD
For multiple Ubuntu-like distributions on the same USB key, it seems that the name collision of "casper"
is avoided thanks to the parameter "iso-scan/filename=".

BitDefender:
- copy KNOPPIX directory from BitDefender iso to root of the USB key
- copy linux and minirt.gz from BitDefender iso /boot/isolinux directory to /KNOPPIX of USB key
Damn Small Linux (DSL):
- create DSL directory on root of the USB key
- copy KNOPPIX directory content from DSL iso to /DSL of USB key
- copy linux24 and minirt24.gz from DSL iso /boot/isolinux directory to /DSL of USB key
Knoppix:
- create KNOPPIX6 directory on root of the USB key
- copy KNOPPIX directory content from KNOPPIX 6 iso to /KNOPPIX6 of USB key
- copy linux and minirt.gz from KNOPPIX 6 iso /boot/isolinux directory to /KNOPPIX6 of USB key
