Hello, I'm using tftpd32 v3.23 Build Jun 2 2007 21:20:58, I want to install Windows 7 x64 over the LAN.

The PC where TFTPD32 is installed, is in a mini-laptop with Windows XP SP3 32-Bit, and the PC where Windows 7 will be installed is another mini-laptop.

I can't install it because something is cancelling the file transfers, here's my log:

Rcvd DHCP Discover Msg for IP 0.0.0.0, Mac C0:3F:D5:2C:EA:59 [20/08 23:21:04.906]

There is a file copy window that shows up for like... 0,1 seconds.

So I thought this could be caused by Windows XP, so I installed TFTPD32 on my desktop PC that runs Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Service Pack 1, and I get the same result, here's the log:

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, this software doesn't include any "Getting started" documentation, not even a tutorial, it is distributed "as-is".

Here's a screenshot of my settings on the WindowsXP PC:

And here's a screenshot of my settings on the Windows7 PC:

Not what you asked, but first rule on a network (before and besides tftp32) is to make sure there is one (and one only) DHCP server, did you check and double check that?.

The XP log seems fine, with the server having "192.168.47.60" and client getting "192.168.47.61"

The 7 one is "queer", there is the request for "0.68.101.80" that doesn't seem "right", but if the server is "192.168.47.30" how cn the client get a lower address "192.168.47.25"?

After having checked the network, try doing a completely different thing, try instead of TFTPD32, tinypxeserver (which is developed by a board member erwan.l so you might be able to get more direct support and actually has a guide):
