Don't find gsar.exe !!!! Where is it ? I build it in "Windows 7".

I selected only LiveXP and Win7pe
Please tell me more info, i can't make 100 questions to know all needed

My opinion
is one error of 7z version

The message you got is NOT "can't find gsar.exe", though UNREADABLE from the screenshot you posted, it is something like "can't find C:SARDU2~2.4B€gsar.exe".

Please try again with Sardu extracted to a PLAINLY named directory, such as (example):
C:Sardu20415
(no spaces, no hyphens, no dots, no other character apart a to z, A to Z, 0 to 9)

Verify that gsar.exe has been extracted there.

Try again.

Post a screenshot of ONLY the error message window (press ALT+PrintScreen) or use a graphic software to get only that part (so that it is readable) or type EXACTLY what is in it.

Error !!! ==> It is "gsar.exe". and not "gsrar.exe".

Excuse me. The messagebox is of gsar.exe? I think that the error is a upgrade of seven zip. I send you a PM with a link to beta 16
You can extract all files of beta 16 a make a test? If works fine i release now beta 16

Yep , as a temporary solution (until davide finds the issue and fixes it) just download gsar:
http://home.online.no/~tjaberg/
http://home.online.n...erg/gsar121.zip
and extract from it the gsar.exe (in the same place where the error message says it cannot be found).

I wait for David's Solution, Because, by your method (Replace gsar.exe" on the Root of "SARDU 2.0.4 Beta 15"), it don't work for me.

make a test: disable the antivirus and rebuild the copy. I release 3 version for your error. Only you have this error and i don't know your steps.
If others users tell me that they have problems and, they helps me to found the error, i can solve it.

I disable the antivirus and rebuild the copy ==> Same Errors !!!

It seem that the errors is given by "LiveXP" and "Win7PE".
