Thanks for saddlejib info , but i could not found any step by step guide about change sector size .

If you followed the tutorial and you drive is now seem as a normal usb drive and ia writeable, can you not now format it with RMPrep USB and install G4D as well??
Have you tried ??

yes , of course i tested with rmpreusb but i could not bootable it ...

Lets try this:
Brute Force
Follow the instructions on this page,

so its seen as USB Device, then Shutdown computer (Power Off ,Full shutdown,then restart), unplug device, switch on computer, Re-plug device check device is seen as USB not MTP.

Open Device Manager/show hidden devices
then goto usb serial bus controllers, and uninstall any Mass storage Devices,greyed out or whatever.
If there are drivers for MTP, your Walkman uninstall them also.
Unplug Walkman, shutdown completely (no power,)
Restart
You can if you want re-check Device Manager at this point ther should be no references to your device (Walkman) USB's can be a bitch.
Now download this:

Plug your device and and using above tool copy file to your device (the file is quite large but contains mainly zero's)
Reboot and boot from your device in bios
If this does'nt work buy a Patriot usb stick or
Zalman ZM-VE300

I tried LowLevelFormat with your links but don't change any thing !!!
syslinux & RMPrepUSB couldn't bootable my device after doing your steps.

when i copy your raw file onto my walkman , my usb storage will 1GB and with sector size 2048 and not 512
please help me to recover it to 4GB storage !!

It appears the controller rewrites the MBR on plugging the device either MTP or Usb can G4d be booted from CD 2048 and would or could it work on your device.
Let the experts comment ?

Try my last post on a 'Normal' drive and see what you think !

AFAIK a normal non-UEFI BIOS does not support booting from a raw 4K device. I also do not have a raw 4K device that I can play with (any donations gratefully accepted!). The only 4K drives I have all support 512 emulation mode. The BIOS Int 13h HDD interface assumes 512 byte sectors when you ask it to read x sectors at address yyy - any boot code will assume that x*512 bytes will be returned.

For the record, at least one of them tried to help, asked for some tests to be performed, never got the results, the communication channel that was since the beginning - to say the least - "shaky" collapsed totally, and the willing helping member left, in accordance with common sense and particularly with points #f (ALL five of them) of the Common Sense Advice attached to Rules:

So, since he misses meaningful data and got BTW no particular gratification in helping the same member in previous occasions, he is now keeping quiet, following nonetheless the attempts of the other good people (that don't have meaningful data and don't know as well but) that have interesting theories .
