Search function should be good to go now.
Table was marked as crashed and I had to repair it.

still no no luck uploading files to the download section.
An error occured with the SQL server:
Running the query directly on the table showed that table was marked crashed.
I repaired it.
Give it a new try (i.e upload a file to the download section).

I was able to upload to Downloads\Tools section of forum 3 little portables, all of them are of less than 1.2 MB, but now I'm trying to upload ImgBurn.7z (2.87 MB) and I get a message This file was too big to upload. When it says there Maximun file size is 9.81 MB.
It seems to me there is still something wrong.

ibf.posts table was corrupted.
while repairing the database blew up on me ... got me some cold sweat...
finally managed to repair the database and tables.
and then a backup which I should have done first
hopefully, there should be no errors anymore.
