We recently released an updated version of BootSage with the following changes:
-New preference options added, located under File->Preferences
-Location of desired bootsect.exe can be specified
-File system format type now selectable (NTFS or FAT32)
-Improved support for formatting NTFS filesystems
-Added menu item to format disk separately
-Now remembers location of last project, bootsect.exe, and desired format type

Remaining problems:
-Still unable to replicate the disk formatting problem reported by paraglider. Adding special tests and alternate format method for troubleshooting.
