is there any overview about Win8Pe Projects?

Can you be a bit more specific?   Basically you have to look at the base of the project - many have roots in Win7, since the WinPE environment is similar.  After that, it is more a matter of the scripts that are included (if using the "classic" winbuilder), or the methodology for adding things to the core.

 

But they are all pretty self explainatory in their posts...so poke around, and see what meets your needs...A lot of it will depend on what you want the PE environment to do (debug/troubleshoot/repair/etc.)
