Can you check if it complies with:

and as thus it is usable in a console?
I think it should, but the characteristics are not "declared".

Not really sure what you want. After installing the font, it did not appear as a option in console->properties->font.
But it did appear if I added this to the registry :

Yep ,so it is also a console font (I mean you can use it in a console, after having added it through the Registry, right?)But it did appear if I added this to the registry :
