Hi,
When I put Ubuntu in a multiISO and clicked "Create MultiISO" I got an iso with double volume... I mounted it and there was an "images" directory containing the ubuntu .iso inside ANOTHER "images" directory which contained the ubuntu .iso, too (so that there was /images/ubuntu.iso and /images/images/ubuntu.iso). Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Same problem! Every ubuntu distrib (ubuntu 12.04,12.10, 13.04, edubuntu etc) copying twice!

If i'm  deleteing one of images - final system didn't boot at all! :(

Sounds like a .\ vs. ..\ bug; maybe a variable treated as file name when it's holding the name of the base dir as well?

Sadly XBOOT is no longer maintained as the author has died. You could try Easy2Boot as an alternative USB multiBoot platform or any one of the other multiboot solutions (PenDriveLinux, Sardu, etc).
