Tftpd64-4.00

Did you actually read the Tutorial? Only a Windows PC is needed (no boot from flash is needed on target PC).

also l want to know this

PXE boot means that the onboard nework card has a ROM where a very minimal set of instructions are stored, just enough to be able to connect to a server and download "on the fly" a bootdisk image.

Not all network cards have this ROM memory, ad setting up a PXE and RIS (Remote Installation Service) is not the most straightforward chore in the world.

Please do post some more details on your laptop and it's features, we may come up with a simpler approach.

Maybe you could write in normal (smaller) text like everyone else and post better (clearer/larger) images.
I can read even smaller text than the senselessly big, coloured font you are using but cannot see anything in the pictures you posted.

I've done this recently;
for XP you have to set Serva DHCP in "proxyDHCP" mode and "do not disable" your DHCP server

Tutorial 76 - Step 6
6. Click on the DHCP tab and set proxyDHCP (if you already have a DHCP server or DHCP router) and tick the BINL box.
Is it so hard to understand the instructions? I do not see the BINL box ticked in your screenshot?

Well, just for the record, a BINL server is the essential requisite to perform a RIS install see:
http://technet.micro...y/bb742501.aspx
http://diddy.boot-la.../files/binl.htm
one of the nice features of Serva is that it is included inthe same app.

not an expert but it seems the client never gets its IP from the DHCP server,
the docs say you need both; serva in proxyDHCP mode + your DHCP server.

I think if you need to take a minute and read the docs a bit more

Please stop YELLING.

Yes, you can use Windows Server 2003 to install Windows XP over the LAN. You will need to install the DHCP Server service. You can install a TFTP service with:
expand d:\i386\tftpd.ex_ c:\windows\system32\TFTPD.EXE
sc create TFTPD binpath= c:\windows\system32\TFTPD.EXE start= auto
mkdir c:\tftpdroot
expand d:\i386\startrom.co_ c:\tftpdroot\startrom.0
net start tftpd
Then in the DHCP server service you configure the filename (option 67) to be startrom.0.

But all that is just a beginning. There is much more. If you weren't successful with following a tutorial, then you probably won't be successful with a more complicated method.
