While I don't have the specifics for "aero", the Active@Boot Disk is just a pretty normal vistaPE style image. I have split it out and used it on my own boot disk the combined together the UBCD and UBCD4win (with some other images)

What I did was use 7zip to unpack the iso image, and then just use the [boot] directories file Bootable_NoEmulation.img "image" as the floppy image to boot. i.e. us that as an image - and not try to go for loading/running the iso - it's just too big. Put all the other files in the root of the CD you're creating...

That should get you going...

Hi guys, i have been reading for a while and decided its about time i register :)

I have been playing with Easy2boot and no matter what i try.. the new Active@ Boot disk v7.5.2 dont want to load.

When i run the Easy2boot usb key.. the iso is there.. after a dos-style progress bar it freeze. Also tried v7.0.3 and an old one 5.x without luck.

All those iso work on dedicated usb keys but that defeat the purpose of building a 1 key to rule them all.. usb toolbox!

Any info about the newer Active@ Boot Disk working with Easy2boot would be really appreciated!

Thank you for your time!

Hi guys, i have been reading for a while and decided its about time i register :)

First thing welcome :).

Do you think that the problem (your issue) is with:

  1. Aerostudio
  2. Active@ Boot Disk
  3. Easy2boot

Please choose one.

Do you think that IF you consider likely that the problem is with Easy2boot (or with Active@ Boot Disk) a request for help is to be posted on the Aerostudio Forum?

IF NOT, and since we don't have any connection with Active@ Boot Disk, wouldn't one of the Easy2boot threads:

http://reboot.pro/to...testers-wanted/

http://reboot.pro/to...ent-discussion/

be more suitable?

(translated: Please re-post your issue here: http://reboot.pro/to...ent-discussion/ ;))

Wonko
