There won't be a log until build is finished and depending on project may need to saved manually from WB interface. In my builds, the HTML log is saved automatically in your build folder.

This is so wierd. How does wibuilder detects when you manually add a script to the app folder instead of downloading it? Is there a file it updates the list that I can simply append it?

It's magic my friend, magic :poke:

Each time WinBuilder opens, it scans and updates list to include all (recognized) scripts in the build.

Oh well, I wish I have the correct magic spell to fix it. Hehehe :poke: I'm going to ahead and do a build to see if it works even if it have the two app folder shown in WinBuilder.

I have a question, why can we have one central download center simply to Mozilla's Addon download so that all the scripts are in one place and updated with version. That way, it is always updated in one place. boot-land.net have the resource and bandwidth.

Who would be right one person to contact for this?

I'm still trying to figure out what you mean, this is where a screenshot is worth a thousand posts :poke: - Do you mean two Apps in script tree, like this
2apps.JPG
this is caused by some app scripts having other than Level=5 in the top [main] section of the script. See which script(s) fall in second Apps directory and edit those scripts accordingly (any text editor will do). The Level is what determines where scripts fall in the tree list (and also the order in which they will be run in the build).

added: just checked those scripts your using and sure enough, they're all level=4; just change to level=5 and all will be copacetic :poke:

Yes, that's what I mean. Two app folders in the script tree. When I compiled with the two app folders, it give me the missing "siside.sys" file when loading LiveXP. If you don't add the TrueImage.script to the build, it works fine.

I try again to see if it resolve the missing siside.sys file after I change it the level 5.

I only wanted to use LiveXP with Acronis since the load time and backup time is much faster than the Acronis.iso. I wanted to upgrade to Acronis True Image 9.5 from True Image 9.1.

Thanks again for your help.

I don't know why you're getting the siside.sys (ATAPI IDE Miniport Driver) error, it has nothing to do with Acronis afaik but I would have to see the script your using to know more. Changing Level of script will have no effect on this issue, I think the problem is in the script you are using. TI95 works fine in LiveXP, try using this script instead and be sure to set your source files directory in the script options.

All functions in workstation are available in server, what would be the point?

I don't see the text field to enter the path location for the source files directory. The only text field that is available is "plugin files folder" text field in the right side. The left side is a list of options with checkbox.

I wanted to ask you quick question. Where do I edit in the script if I wanted to change the default shortcut? I all the shortcuts is listed in the root folder of "All Programs" instead of in subfolder of "All Programs folder."

The folder you want to point to is the 'Files' folder in e.g. "C:\Program Files\Acronis\TrueImageEchoWorkstation\BartPE\Files"

--
In this section of the script:
[BMSC]

Run,%BuildModelScript%,Add-Shortcut,"SM\DiskTools","#$pSystemDrive#$p\...
in this example 'DiskTools' would be the sub-folder created but you can name it according to your needs.

Thanks I will check it out. I wish there is a standard where all application script should com with the shortcut options: desktop, quick launch toolbar, program folder (All Programs, which the user can change it). That way the end-user don't have to edit the script.

Thanks

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Add_Shortcut,StartMenu
(This will add the shortcut in "All Program" folder without any subfolder.)

Add_Shortcut,Desktop
(This will add the shortcut to Desktop"

What is the command to add shortcut to Quick Launch Toolbar?

Thanks.

Winbuilder 076, NativeEx Barebones.

First build, I get 2 shortcuts, one works, the other does not

Ones you build the project and the True Image files are gathered the build seems fine. But for some reason if I dont have TrueImage installed and I already have the files_tiechoEntUR the script seems to not have gathered all the data required to just build the project a next time. I get the following error.
IniRead - Failed to find file: [%BaseDir%\Projects\nativeEx_barebone\Apps\truimg.ini]

This one is 'fixed' with some dirty patches but the script really needs to be properly updated for new api.

Sorry, missed the 076 part; just referring to ghost scuts. There are a number of scripts that won't work with 076; I'm currently using 075b5l which works well.
