Please help. I've semi-searched for a solution to my problem already. I try to avoid posting if at all possible. I have downloaded the latest version on Winbuilder to my x64 Windows 7 laptop. I have installed the Windows 7 version of WAIK. I run Winbuilder with admin priviledges. I choose the c:/program files/WAIK folder as source. I get the same error everytime. It states that "Warning! Windows x64 detected, please install Microsoft WAIK, other WIM tools will not be work on your system!"
I've also tried using my Vista iso as source and I get the same error message.
Thanks for your time. Have a nice day.

I think that your WinBuilder project reads "program files(x86)" and therefore does not find ImageX etc.

This happens because the standard paths like "program files" are for a 32 bit program (WinBuilder) redirected by 64 bit windows.

Copy C:Program FilesWAIKTools to any other "unknown" folder like c:MyWaik, and tell your project this as waik folder.

Thanks for the help. I just copied the WAIK folder from program files and changed the "source" to the new directory. It gave me the same error message however. Any more ideas would be appreciated.

As new member you propably are not allowed to post attachements here.
But you can upload to a cloud like mediafire.

Btw, the new directory was just an arbitrary location, away from the program files directory. Thanks again.

OOPs!

You use WinBulder beta 075 j, which is some (1000) days old.
Currently we have WinBuilder 082, and in multiPE WinBuilder 083.

Please try an actual project
