Right need help am now lost!
Last night I try'ed to load a copy of Vista Ultimate on to my 2 Partition and upon doing so caused the system to go into Grub4dos!!!!

I thought i had completely ****** the PC but upon reading your forum and finding a post on how to load up vista finding bootmgr and boot vista which worked and I got loaded up again thank god! So when I got back to my original OS everything was fine, then I formated the d:/ which i loaded teh ulimate copy on to, but when I restart the computer now it still asks me which Vista i want to load?

Is there away to get rid of this !!! As i thought formatting the drive would of done it !!!

Just to clear a possible misunderstanding.

NO LEGAL VISTA contains grub4dos, you evidently attempted to install a WAREZ release.

NO SUPPORT will be given for WAREZ releases on this Forum.

As said in the related threads that you probably found:

http://www.boot-land...?showtopic=4615
it was an EXCEPTION, made only to allow the recovery of a damaged system.
