I don't want to use 'Win10PE'. I never told for using 'Win10PE'.... I want to just add/integrate 'Wow64' feature within 'Image Index: 2' of 64-bit 'boot.wim' of 'Win8.1U1/Win10'.

Mate, boot.wim of Win10 is essentially a pre-installation environment ( PE ). There is nothing wrong in calling it as "Win10 PE".

OK....I got your point. You are RIGHT....May be MS update necessary Win 10 'Wow64' files till final release. So I skip 'Win10' part till final release  and will focus on 'Win8.1U3' for NOW.... :)

Have you tried "Win 8.1" with November update ( unofficially called as 8.1 update 3)  as the source with "Win8.1SE" builder ?. Probably it will work out of box without needing modifications to scripts.

It work but not properly because 'Win8.1SE_2014-10-17' already have some issues. I am just waiting for update.  :)
