Evening all, I haven't done a boot project in a while. (a long long while) and want to know hat are the best tools and latest projects.  I use to use WinBuilder to create a windows 7 boot  image that i used both on USB disk and vis PXE boot  on a network. I now need to do the same for Windows 10.   so basically i am starting from scratch.  i did go go thru the site but found many dead links.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Since long time ago I only use USB devices to boot ISO and VHD files.

This are the programs made by our fellow wimb to help you make almost fully automatically your bootable USB devices:

USB Format Tool and UEFI_MULTI

VHD_WIMBOOT - Apply and Capture of WIM Files for OS in VHD

NOTE: Into VHD_WIMBOOT download you will find a PDF file with instructions to let you build a 2 GB Mini-10x64.vhd capable to boot fully on Ram (on a PC with a minimum of 4 GB of Ram).

And this is Win10XPE page on GitHub.
