V4.0.2011.0501版:
1、修正了PECMD说明中的错别字；
2、修正了PECMD中存在的若干个小BUG，这些小BUG是近期经过多机子、
多系统(32位XP-PE、2003PE、Win7PE和64位Win7PE)反复多次测试调试后发现的。
经过这次修正，可以说PECMD的BUG已很难发现和出现了；
3、去掉了X64系统WinPE接管资源管理器关机/重启函数的DLL模块，64位WinPE与32位
WinPE一样，只需一个PECMD.EXE文件即可完成WinPE启动的管理；
4、建议不要更换WinPE的桌面目录，即使是使用旧版的PECMD.EXE，本人大量测试发现，
更换桌面目录后双击"我的电脑"会随机性出现"找不到xxxx元素"这类错误而无法打开"我的电脑"；
