Ive recently acquired a 7" tablet with ARM cpu and Android OS and it is OK but I keep thinking how much more useful to me it would be if it was running XP.

I know that XP does not have support for ARM processors and I dont have the knowledge to create that support for it but I really would like to have a pocket sized XP!

what is the smallest known device that XP will run on? Ive seen it on 12" notebooks with flip screen in a tablet edition but is there something smaller?

thanks

I had a Samsung Q1 with WinXP running on them - that was a 8" tablet style machine with a split qwerty keyboard either side.

Isn't more "normal" an eeepc 900? :dubbio:

A good tiny machine is/was the Fujitsu Lifebook 810U:

There was also a Sony Vaio P small model:

Thanks to the senseless run for senseless tablets, what could have been an useful little machine never saw the light :(:

Hhaha! would you look at that! not bad.. but Im thinking more of a touchscreen something but thats not out of the question if the price on the used market isnt too bad.

hey Wonko,
those are the closest machines Ive seen to what I would like to have so far but still too pricey!

whats up alacran! yeah Im familiar with it and I have a semi universal XP with touch screen drivers preloaded but I havnt found the right hardware that I want to buy to use it more yet.

a 7" touch screen something for XP like these Android tablets would be *Perfect*
