So basically, running without running. Fuck that. If you're going to run, then RUN. Do it for real, put in the hard work, and take the risk of injury that inherently comes with being a runner. No true professional got to where they are without doing these things. I just hate fake, superficial people that always try to take the easy way out. That is one of the problems with society these days. Most people don't believe in the value of hard work anymore (or in my belief, work smart, not hard). When I was a kid, my dad worked me and my siblings like dogs (not that bad, but bad enough). He's one of those strict authoritarian types. And, at least personally, I learned a lot from it.
