Hello i'm new here and i just wanted to tell i made a universal image of windows 7 that can be restored to an usb-hd and run from there.

On first boot it will find the right drivers and will install them.
It will reboot and thats it your in windows 7 running from your usb-hd.

Now comes the best part i made a very easy step so that you can make your windows 7 on your usb-hd universal again so you can take it to another computer.

I switched between 5 totally different computers easilly!!

I'm not bullshitting this is for real.

I'm not sure if i'm allowed to post such an image here or that i only may discribe the technique i used.

OF COURSE you CANNOT post the actual files.
OF COURSE you are welcome to describe the technique you used.

It is possible that you used the same methods of one of them.

If not, besides the "general" tutorial, it would be nice if you could highlight the differences (advantages / disadvantages, etc.) of your method as compared to them.

Hello blackbalfur!

Posting files is a worry but you can learn how to use winbuilder and perhaps automate this building process.

A lot of people around here can help you getting started and then you'll be able to share the method to build the image in a completely legal manner.

I will post not such a image but i will discribe the technique.

It is totally different as the ones you showed me.

Mine is far more easy (and can switch to other pc's)
