Was a very happy and special occasion for me and my family.

Guess it should be time to update my forum avatar to include all three of us now..

Congratulations!

I do hope mum and baby recover well over the next days. What an exciting time for you all. Hopefully you have some family or friends who can do some cooking for you while you adjust to everything.

Regards,
Galapo.

Ooops, just saw in your blog that you have a son. In that case.

 I wish Miguel, that he may always have ample money in his pocket, a roof over his head, friends in numbers not to count and a pretty girl chasing after him.

PS: Little hint for the new born dad. Try not to see it as the beginning of grown up time. Try seeing it as fun and adventure and you will be a great dad!

Thanks you all for the warm words. I've mentioned some of your comments to my wife which enjoyed them as well.

Now for the good part, I'll reply back some of the comments:

I can't wait to see his boot-land account

Hmm.. I'll try to see if he gets offline the internet for as long as possible but it would be fun to see two brito's on the same place..

btw, What are you name him?

His name is "Miguel" (portuguese/spanish equivalent to Michael in english)

I'm sure you don't need these wink.gif, but just in case happy22.gif:

I might print it and keep a copy on my wallet just to check whenever in doubt. Thanks for caring.

Eheh.. "Bruto" in my language is equivalent to this in english: http://www.thefreedictionary.com/brute

Let's see how things will turn out, of course I'd like him to start with boot disks real soon but my wife already warned me that she won't allow him to get near anything computer related before he's at least 15..

Whats next, a pet turtle.

No, our house pet should soon be a dog..

btw. You look very different in that photo from your avatar.

Before it was kind of easy of take photos of me and my wife, now I have to stretch the arm a lot more to get all three of us in picture..

Thank you all once again for these nice replies, they've surely made me smile a lot!

In Italy "Bruto" is the Popeye "Bluto" or "Brutus" character:
