This disk can boot XP:

If you want to just boot from a CDROM there is this disk:

For this, i make use of three different floppies, of which one usually works.
1. http://oldfiles.org....ad/bootdisk.htm
download http://oldfiles.org....isk/oldbios.exe
I installed NT4 on a 486 by booting the cdrom from this.
2, There's a FreeDOS boot disk around that has GRUB on it. This will start a cdrom too.
3, You could use BCDW, at http://bootcd.narod.ru/index_e.htm There's a disk image there
4. Hunt down "Smart Boot Manager", it installs to a floppy too.
