For those who are still thinking as a mere joke, I request them to download the picture & rotate 180 degrees in any photo editor. The property is called "Thatcher Effect" on which googling will give you enough information.

Its interesting: everyone knows that face and eyes tell the whole life story of a person, especially to a trained eye, but most never pay much attention to the fact how Face Perception is processed in our brain.
Nonetheless, public need prompted to reverse-engineer at least most primitive or used at initial stage algorithms the brain might be using for this task to develop Face Recognition Systems.

Lol, This is interesting. I've never heard of this. After a quick google search there are some pretty funny ones floating around.
