It is similar with vista but changes some clearly, especially core kernel.
It is not a different kernel which is known as "minwin" or "kernel 7" but shrunk and quicken one.
You can make more decorating than vista one.
Waiting for RC Version. 7022 is leaked out but still beta.
I think they will change a few things in RC.
