Copy all files needed (see plugin) from known good working install of Java. Built on Win 7 Pro SP1 x86.
This is a BETA / First Try capture. Seems to work ok in IE. (I tested by going to Java.com and choosing 'do I have java')
No control panel applet, but you can get to it manually by going into x:\program files\java\jre6\bin and double clicking on javacpl.exe
