Hi Guys,

I wonder how stable is Aero I would like to use it on many production computers ...
It will be use to Boot XP and Linux ( Clonezilla )

Should I do it ?
Or just use old good lilo ?

No problems with booting Linux / XP ?
Is it stable enough for production systems ?

You joking right , is the best thing that came around since the invention of ice-cream.

The whole point of grub4dos is that it is a fork from GNU (Legacy) GRUB (and thus 100% Linux compatible) with added features to boot directly DOS and NT based systems.

It can be managed by Linux, DOS or Windows.

yes, you should try GRUB4DOS, i think. the aero is just an adventure of graphic multiboot.

I am not at all familiar with Aerostudio, but can't it chainload an "external" grub4dos?

in my mind, the latest version of aero.sys can do this, for it is based on grub4dos. and, if you do not have this version, you can try 'grub4dos' commands, it can load the /airboot/grub4dos.gz to run some grub4dos' commands for you. here, this grub4dos.gz should be grub.exe which was gziped.

in technical, grub4dos' grub.exe is linux kernel like , so i used 'kernel' commands to hook this.
