Am new to the forum and want to build an Application Specific Mindows.
Am spending a lot of time installing Windows on various test PCs using the standard Windows CDs.
A friend recently told me that his PC came with only a Ghost Win Rescue CD that in addition to the Ghost Image also contains all the needed CAB files for this PC.
Am wondering if anyone has reduced a std Win CD to only the Install Files needed for their PC?
Appreciate any tips or links how to do this.

Did some more searching and found mention of how to make a missing CAB file http://www.easydesks.../news/news8.htm but nothing as how to reduce the std Win Install

Would be useful if you would say which windows you wanna shrink.
You name Mindows. That would imply that you wanna shrink win98, but since Mindows is already a small win98, your question seems somewhat pointless.
