I build WinPE 3.1 x86 boot.wim 136MB, scratchspace = 128MB

I test in VMware Workstation with 512MB RAM and I can't run Victoria 5.37:

When I change the RAM to 1GB, it starts without any problems.

If I have a disk in the machine and I do it:

wpeutil createpagefile /path=c:\pagefile.sys /size=512

then Victoria runs OK if host have 512MB RAM

I tried older versions of Victoria, but there are also other errors

P.S. I tested Victoria 5.37 on a regular machine (not WinPE) and works even with 256MB RAM. The documentation shows that needs a minimum of 64MB RAM. Why does not want to start in WinPE with 512MB RAM?
