This is what I get from my USB drive using USB Flash Info and Chip Genius. At the top of the list is what I read using a magnifying glass off of the controller chip. The drive was sold as being 128g. I'm trying to get it to flash to whatever its actual size is. I've tried dozens of the Alcor tools and none of them recognize the drive. Thanks in advance for your help.

In screen two do I select Dynamic, Fixed, or Increment?

 

In screen three I believe I should put in the correct VID PID of 058F\6387, does it matter what I put in Vendor or Product?

WHICH program?

EXACT program name AND version (possibly a link to the tool).

I cannot say anything from the screenshots (they are too small).

Also, which OS are you running?

Consider that most of these tools will only run properly under XP and XP 32 bit.

That is a known issue, maybe the USB stick is just bad, maybe you can go ahead and try resetting it nonetheless, changing some parameters.
