Here's an interesting application i've developed which will adjust various taskbar settings and aero settings.

What this will do is enable or disable the Taskbar Aero Previews in Windows 7. If they are enabled I have several various extra options for the window thumbnail display that pops up on mouse hover including:

• Maximum Thumbnail Size
• Minimum Thumbnail Size
• Left Margin Border Thickness
• Right Margin Border Thickness
• Top Margin Border Thickness
• Bottom Margin Border Thickness
• Hover Time Display

Other features include:

• Taskbar Item Width

Here's a preview of what it can do with the margins:


These settings will remain even if the program is closed, or the computer is rebooted, and would stay the same until they are changed.

Tweaking... nice, but there are so many apps out there maybe it will get better?

I updated the first post, there's now a hover time display option in my application. I know that, but if I find anything that I would like in this application then I can add it

It's virually completely customizable to the way I want it if I find something that I want to add, I just thought i'd share this tool with you guys. It's just another quick way of changing the aero settings/display
