Well, not really.

It is the only reliable version of 0.4.4, the 2009-10-16 :thumbsup: (as opposed to the much more "popular" version 0.4.4 2009-03-29 which was buggy) .

Nowadays latest 0.4.5 is advised.

I'd have posted the source archive for it (viz. grub4dos-0.4.4-2009-10-16) too... But it turns out I don't have it anymore :(
If anyone has an archival copy of it and can be so kind as to post it here, I'd appreciate it very much.

Just curious - Why would you want a 2 year old version when chenall has latest version + source and it is much better and has more features and commands?

Source of what? :w00t:
It's a few years I am fighting this personal battle about ALWAYS specifying the version AND the date of ANY grub4dos reference, and this is what I get? "it" :frusty:

@steve6375
The other battle that I fight (and that I evidently lose on a daily base :() is to try and explain people how "latest" not necessarily means "better" (and not in *every* context).
As an example, the difference between 285507 and 237849 is 47658 bytes, there may be situations in which these few Kb make a difference.

A lot of bytes are taken up by the help text for all the new commands and features...

In filesgrub4dos the version included is 0.4.4-2009-10-16 if you still need it.
