Help me plz with my flash

My flash when not working and when I formated it say write protected I tried Alcormp to my flash it recognize but it say "Get Chip Number Fail"

It is possible that the stick is simply "bricked" (i.e. not repairable via firmware), but it is also possible that it is in a status that the recovery tool you used cannot resolve and that maybe a more "complete" Mass Production Tool could be able to fix (though losing all the data on it), there are tens of Alcor tools:
