Create folder DiskCryptor in C:\[WINBUILDER_7]\Projects\Win7PE_SE\Apps\DiskCrypter
Download the DiskCryptor files from their website and add them to your DiskCryptor folder you created above.
Click the "Refresh" button in WinBuilder and you will see DiskCryptor under the Apps section.
