I've been using a 32GB USB stick for Win7PESE and Win8PESE and other ISOs like Acronis TrueImage for multi-boot purpose.

Recently I bought a new 64GB USB stick , and do the same procedure as 32GB USB stick. When I boot Acronis TrueImage , an error with :

Starting Acronis TrueImage ...

It hang up at the above message.

USB64 GB is quite different from USB 32GB stick. The 32GB USB stick default is Fat32, the 64GB USB stick default is exFAT format. Nomatter I format this 64GB USB stick to exFAT, NTFS or Fat32 format. The result is hang up when starting an application or boot up with a blinking cursor only.

This is the first time I use exFAT 64GB USB stick. Any suggestion ? Thanks a lot.

So you have an exFAT BOOTABLE volume? :w00t: :dubbio:

Which bootloader/bootmanager are you using?

How (EXACTLY) did you attempt to partition/format that 64 Gb stick?

How (EXACTLY) are you booting the Acronis .iso?

Which (EXACT) Acronis Trueimage version is it?

I built Win8PESE with [ISOImages.script] to add other ISOs to the Win8PESE boot menu.

There's no other partition in the 64GB USB stick , only one partition

I just simply download the Acronis TrueImage 2014 iso file and boot

So the boot menu is like this :

Win8PESE

Acronis TrueImage 2014

Win7PESE

Boot from Hard Disk

CommandLine

Reboot

Halt

I test them all in VMWare and 32GB USB stick, they all work perfect, only fail in 64GB USB stick
