Here's how to use BartPECore for WinBuilder, a pebuilder based project for Windows XP SP2/3..
I'm posting this for users new to winbuilder, it's a response to a question received at cd forum.

(1.) Get WinBuilder v72a ( for other/earlier versions grab the server address from the 1st post ).

(2.) Open wb in an empty dir., once open click the downloads tab on top and you'll see the 'recommended' projects selected for download. Uncheck other projects (just for now) and click on the server box for 'bartpe.boot-land.net', wb should connect and show each script for download. In the file for download tree, uncheck the top box and re-check it to ensure all scripts are selected. Now download everything.
The BartPECore project UI should present itself, if not, from Downloads click the Scripts tab on top to view the project interface.

(3.) For a default build that uses all freeware, just add your source path under 'Paths', click the Play button, and wait a few minutes.

(3b.) To use a set of plugins that compose an entire build (perhaps use another shell), or to add any plugin for that matter, you have 2 options. (1) Place all plugins into a 'Plugin' folder next to WinBuilder.exe, or, (2) add them to: %Tools%\CorePlugins\, short for: BaseDir\Projects\Tools\CorePlugins\.

For the most basic build, to which one would add a complete / replacement plugins folder, only enable these scripts:

ProjectInfo.Script
ScriptLog.Script
PEBldrUA.script
*Remove: BaseDir\Projects\Tools\CorePlugins\xpe107

The following scripts are recommended for a basic build, but not required (*needs a replacement):

!txtSetup.script
Localization.script
NetCore.script
OpenGLDisplay.script
VMWare-VBox-NIC.script
USBSupport.Script
*RAMDisk.Script
*CreateBcdwPE.Script - makes final image
VirtualBox.script

Please note, these are the script file names, the script titles may vary.
