That happens when
If you are sure that the file is on the server you can manually download it and store in your project at the appropriate place.

- either the file's md5 is not the same as listed in updates.ini
- or there is an entry in updates.ini, but the file is not on the server.

Hi all,
It is fixed, you do not need project.ini to make the build, it is recreated each build due to source. Probably JonF (project admin) deleted from server but forgot to update server settings. Also check here
