@powaking.

Judging by log: Attached File  log.zip   282bytes   243 downloads
it looks that three drivers (vboxvideo, vboxguest and netamd)
are integrated 4 times (why 4 times?) and vboxmouse not! Why?

Are all files in Drivers and Drivers\Deivers folders necessary
for integration of only netamd driver?

Size of VirtualBox net driver is only 64 KB,
but ISO size increase is 4 MB! Why? :cheers:

Not technical, but emotional:

Because Vista is bulls***

Peter

EDIT: Make your own opinion on this:
  • Right now, after having Vista as the new 'Standard OS' M$ is working on XP SP3 (beta is already downloadable for 'closed Connect' people). The final release is thought to appear in February 2008
  • With the release of XP every support for W2000 has been stopped

THats interesting. Not sure why thats happening. I'll have to check to see if the mouse driver is installing on my end.

I have reduced number of files in Drivers\Drivers folder
to just two (netamd.inf and PCNTPCI5.sys) and
VirtualBox network support works fine.

With this support it is not necessary any more to use
Host Interface nor bridging. NAT is sufficient!
