Just for the record, there is a "better" method, here:For install Windows 7 from usb, need 1 .iso of Win7, and edit with UltraIso program. Once open .iso, locate Folder "sources" and delete "Install.wim" file. Save new .iso file. In the xBoot, choice "Grub Iso Emulation" (first option) and Copy the New Iso into USB. this make a usb Boot of Win7. Test in qemu and close. now Copy the entire folder "Sources" in the root th usb. When finish the copy, delete the file "boot.wim". Now can Install Win7 From USB and not say error about drivers the cd/dvd.

that makes use of a driver to create a virtual CD once Windows 7 install has started booting (avoiding the need of modifying the .iso and copying to root of the stick the \sources)
