It seems that you have not read this guide at all:

http://al-jo.99k.org/

Anyway:

Try changing your source dir from

C:\Win7 Sources\Professional - x86

To

C:\Win7

Done and done. Program boots properly and all.
There was a script in your build that I noticed that I might be able to copy and paste over to another project, because they look to do the same thing. They are for the PostConfig and all. Would they be compatible by any chance?

THIS. Is the issue I keep running into. Why is it saying that? Every time I build under this project with an x86 source, it keeps trying to access the files in Tools/x64. Am I missing something about the build project???

This was the script I was talking about, but don't worry about it because they both are giving me the same errors anyway. :P

Because I had a working PE before. There was a bunch of the scripts in this particular project that gave me the reason that I was wanting to build Win7PE in the first place. If I just wanted a Win7PE boot disc, I know a couple places I could of downloaded one from, but I wanted to make a customized bootCD.

*facepalm*
I just now realized that I am probably on the wrong website for asking for help about this project... :P
