I have been testing Winbuilder 8,Win7PE 64 and the package download update version

Long story - short version
Win7PE 64 boots fine
After making changes and rerunning build (5 or 6) times to view in VMware
I get an error during run time that explorer shell.script can not find-open wim file

After starting completely from scratch more than a few times!!

I have learned that this error goes away by just rebooting my computer before next build!!

So if it is a project error why would it go away after booting host???

Name change to
Totally Frustrated

Because something is not properly unmounted, by the script.
Restarting Windows does that for you.

If it is a mounting issue, you can try close WB and check if WIM are mounted with:

imagex /mount
If it shows mounted images try unmount them with

imagex /umount "Mount Path"
And try running WB again.
