There are plenty. Its better to read through reviews on Tom's Hardware and similar sites. Some user reviews at Newegg are quite informative at final selection stages.Has anyone yet come across a motherboard, that's able to boot with USB 3.0 speed.

Since I answered MedEvil's question, assumption of YOUR imaginary needs wasn't my 1st priority. You have a funny way of (mis)quoting others' posts.Your assumption that any system that possesses USB3.0... What's needed is a fast SSD connected to USB3.0 to verify transfer speeds.

Genuine USB 3.0 ports are a crap shoot, some boot but many do not, these units typically come with USB 2.X ports as well that can be booted from. All the dozens of new Dells that I have gotten with USB 3.1 ports will boot fine to any bootable USB device, they especially boot fast with a USB 3.1 pen drive. One caveat that is true for any USB boot, be sure USB booting is turned ON in the BIOS, and make sure secure boot is OFF and legacy boot turned ON.
My Sandisk Extreme Pro 3.1 boots and runs very quickly on everything new coming through the door nowadays.
