Microsoft do not object to anyone selling HBCD CDs on eBay...
They could easily ask eBay to block the selling of these but for some reason they don't object!

Hi,
I've split your message from the topic where you originally posted. This way we keep each discussion on its own place.
In regards to the ebay link, the guy is indeed selling Microsoft software that is not his to sell without permission.

I am failing to see the point.
Was there *any* doubt about steve6375's statement that needed a confirmation? NO.
Then the link to a place where Hiren's is sold is a form of SPAM (and nothing else) selling something that is not redistributable is only a smarter way (for the seller) to redistribute non-redistributable files.
The whole point - as always - is about the non-redistributability status (NOT free as in freedom) and not about charging money for it (NOT free as in free beer).
