To make it brief...
I would like to connect or boot a pc with ipxe in usb and internet connection, to iscsi disk and boot windows OS XP OR 7.
Just eager to know the possibility...

Maybe you want to boot via http?
I have doubts about the need for iSCSI to be on the same network segment ,etc.
There used to be a Linux distro that you could boot from Internet that was touched here:
http://reboot.pro/to...internet-legal/
but the site is down, a repository is here:
https://github.com/Arachnid/netboot.me
Via Wayback Machine:
https://web.archive..../gettingstarted
maybe you can get some ideas from that.
