GRUB4DOS used by kid in North Korea

Maybe almost OT, but I was watching a clip about a foreigner touristing in North Korea when I saw something interesting. One of the kids in a learning centre had not only a GRUB menu open, but even a GRUB4DOS menu. Based on the menus I think it may be a boot CD if some kind, maybe an old version of Hiren's. Interesting nonetheless.

but this Kid is maybe not the Admin, he use it only.. but good would it be,
if Korea (north/south however) support Reactos as interdependent WinNT system
and learning directly programming in the school for programming his
own live (and the land) for the future ..
