Hello,
The "Neat" skin was applied to the forum. You can select it from the skin selector on the lower-left corner of this webpage or simply logout to see it as default.
It is still under test. Not sure if it will end up being selected or not to replace the blue theme.

I don't mind it. Appearing as it did half way through a reply to a post (after a page refresh) kind of surprised me though - I wondered whether I'd clicked on something by mistake.
