It may be already integrated ! LiveXP uses Dps packages as default. I use ahci and raid0 disks which have no problem for a long while. If you fail after testing on your hardware (not emulator),

Reminding my old warning post about this misunderstanding, It turned out that tataee expected an emulator to see real hardware :D

Just want to inform that no issues left :D

Rest is tataee playing with LiveXP and learning slowly and reading carelfully :D

well, i have to return with a strange error, i'm writing now because i went to bed this morning at 8am...
the error is very strange, i get this error after the bootsdi last modification by Lancelot...

here's the error :
"DirDelete - Failed to delete directory [%BaseDir%\ISO\Ram]"
it's generated when you build the new cd, or when you test the Bootsdi.script
error log attached

In most cases it happens when the directory or a file inside the directory is open by a different application.

Even having %BaseDir%\ISO\RAM open in explorer, can cause this error.

I do not know the contents of all different projects.

But use the 'search' function for scripts offerring these apps. Maybe some members published such scripts.

You can try http://www.boot-land...p;showdlforum=7. In particular, http://www.boot-land...mp;showfile=296.

Many scripts are not posted there; but searching the forum may find them.

well, i'm facing a new unseen error.
i'm building the project, it creates the iso, then it loads in qemu software, and after selecting live xp option it gives me an error saying :

"Booting Live xp Firadisk
NTFS BPB found with 0xEB (jmp) leading the boot sector.
Info: BPB total_sectors(1183743) is less then the number of sectors in the whole disk image(1183744)

probed C/H/S = 544/68/32, probed total sectors = 1183643
map --mem /I386/BOOTSDI.IMG (hd0,0)

Error 28: Selected item cannot fit into memory

Press any key to continue..._
"
pressing any key will take me to the GRUB4DOS 0.4.4 choices selection menu with live xp / reboot / shutdown

What is the problem? why i'm facing this error? it worked fine before...
i'll post the LOG and the Print Screen to attachment

Please help!!!

no i didn't try, but this emulator worked fine... last night Lancelot edited bootsdi.script because of an error, since then the emulator didn't work well...
maybe it's from the bootsdi.script?

DIPE is not working on my build
it's selected in the building tree, the build goes trough the virtual tests, and on desktop i have a dead DIPE shortcut, the target folder doesn't contain the correct exe file...
please look at this image
http://hunting-cozia.../dipe_error.JPG
and the log file

found an other error by building with xp sp2 cd source

FileCopy - Failed to copy [H:\I386\ASMS\6000\MSFT\VCRTL\VCRTL.CAT] to: [%BaseDir%\Target\LiveXP\I386\WinSxS\manifests\VCRTL.CAT]: The system cannot find the file specified.

the actual file exists on the cd at path :
H:\I386\ASMS\6000\MSFT\VCRTL

BUT the file name is VCRTL.CA_ not VCRTL.CAT as the script searches for!!!

You get such errors when you use a modified source such as one modified by nLite. Please use an unmodified source, we can't help you with errors due to modified source files.

Galapo.

All the errors you are having indicate exactly this.

You'll need to post a log for us to see what's happening with DIPE.

Regards,
Galapo.

@tataee

I'll try to make it clear and simple. :D

You already have this topic, which in itself is deemed to become a mess, DO NOT post your particular problems on these first builds on the general
LiveXP -- Anything & Everything, Look only Post #1 and Last Posts of this topic
http://www.boot-land...?showtopic=5429
thread, that one is for people reporting problems, bugs and possible enhancements of the LiveXP project, NOT for troubleshooting issues on the use of Winbuilder or of the LiveXP project.

Continue posting here ONLY about your initial problems, OR start a new topic for a specific error/problem you may have.

additionally, be very, very careful:

ok, it might be nlited, but i got it from torrents...

If it wasn't clear enough in Rules:
http://www.boot-land...?act=boardrules
we DO NOT support on this board the use of WAREZ.

...and have been asked to post a log :D:

You'll need to post a log for us to see what's happening with DIPE.

compare with:
http://www.boot-land...p?showtopic=431
http://www.boot-land...?showtopic=2420

Of course the log must come from a "clean" source and from a "new build", possibly with a very reduced one where only the DIPE (whatever is it :D) has been added and has failed.

You must thimk to troubleshooting this kind of issues as you would think to an equation :
the less number of variables the easier is to solve it.

:D

Driver Import PE. Took me a while to figure it out myself.
