You need to do something like this:

LABEL Server 2008
MENU LABEL Server 2008 Test
COM32 /chain.c32
APPEND hd0,3 ntldr=/BOOTMGR

The "boot" you had there means "where Syslinux came from".

This needs Syslinux 3.85-pre11 to work.

Hey,

i wanted to test this on my laptop today but after i installed the first OS (Windows 7 NLD) my hard disk died (lucky me, 2nd hard disk in half a year). Since i got some days off this week i won't be able to test this before Thursday. I'll let you know if it works by Thursday i guess..

To have a USB pen which you can install multiple windows versions from, you need to tweak each boot.wim file. See my grub4dos based tutorial here to give you an idea. The problem is that once the correct boot.wim has booted, the Windows setup will look for it's payload file at \sources\install.wim. Since you can only have one wim of this name at this location, you can only do one type of windows install. The tutorial shows you how to launch setup and point it at the new location of your install.wim file. To do this you need to change each boot.wim file from each source.
