No unsigned driver dialog, but desktop is still taking forever to appear.

What is forever?
I think, your system is comparable with mine.
I have 12 seconds between disappearing of the 'Please Wait' message and the finished desktop.

To be sure that we are working with the same project setup:
  • In your project tree, open Basic > !WBManager > WB Manager
  • Save Constallation niche (upper panel)
  • Post the %BaseDir%\Projects\nativeEx_barebone\!WBManager\niche directory
This will give me your actual constallation including all single script options.

OK, from blue screen 2 minutes till desktop appears = forever. Note this is after the Please Wait message.

Good news!
With your constellation I also have to wait two minutes!

Now, when I can reproduce, 95 % of the work is done.

Solved! :yahoo:
The difference of my running constellation was that is has an ImDisk RamDrive.

Compare of PENetwork and ImDisk scripts showed that both of them install the MSV1_0 Authentication Package.
Therefore I added this package to the nativeEx_core, split to hivesFactory (Registry) and Copy&Expand (files).

The new files are available from the nativeEx server.
